Training Site for Internet Sales

We have set up a demonstration site for training purposes.  It has all the functionality of the actual system, except that certain lookup features may be disabled and no authorization codes are generated. We recommend that you use the training manual in conjunction with this site.

To log into the demonstration site as a storefront agent, use the User ID: training, Password: password, and Admin Password: adminpassword.  After you log in the first time as a storefront, you will need to "enable" your PC to authorize sales to be made from that particular PC, and "manage agents" to assign at least one employee ID. From the main menu, click "Administration" and enter the admin password (see the manager's training manual, pages 3-4).

NOTE:  If you create a new user ID on this site, you will only create a personal account (which the public uses) and not a storefront account which has a different set of permissions and processes.

Training Schedule

The formal training schedule is complete, however, if there is significant demand at a particular location, we may be able to schedule special sessions or a video conference.  We can also provide one on one training over the phone.  This works particularly well if you can be on the Internet at the same time we are on the phone.
