Residents Only, Three Days, Noon To Sunset

Resident hunters may take a daily limit of three rooster pheasants and have nine in possession taken according to the daily limit.
Shooting hours are noon (Central Time) to sunset.
Regulations for the early resident-only pheasant season can be found on page17 of the 2005 South Dakota Hunting Handbook, which is available at GFP offices, most license agents and from the department’s website at www.sdgfp.info.
