2008 Becoming an Outdoor Family Workshop

            Interest is high for the upcoming Becoming an Outdoor Family scheduled for June 20-22, at Chief White Crane Recreation Area near Yankton. Families enjoy quality time together as they learn about basic camping skills, outdoor cooking, nature, fishing, Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and canoeing/kayaking. The registration fee of $50 per family covers instruction in all sessions, program materials, use of equipment and a campsite for two nights. A park entrance license is required.
