Small Business Development Center


Like any business, operating a shooting preserve presents many challenges. The key in dealing effectively with these challenges is to do your homework and have a plan. The Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) across the state can be your partner in that effort. They offer assistance in setting up a business plan, give you feedback on your ideas, and point you in the direction of trade information and resources for marketing. Their staff will also assist you with the financial projections needed to assess the feasibility of your plan and to obtain financing. They will also provide information about the various financing programs that are available. Their assistance is available to both startup and existing businesses.

Small Business Development Center offices are located across the state and their services are confidential and offered free of charge.
