2008 North Sioux City HuntSAFE Class Schedule

HuntSAFE courses are designed for persons age 12 through 15. Persons who are 11 may participate, but will not be issued a Hunter Safety certification card until their 12th birthday, unless the card is clearly marked that the card is not valid until the person’s 12th birthday. If a student’s 12th birthday falls between September 1 and December 31, he/she may be issued a card and is eligible to obtain a license and hunt beginning September 1 of that year. Adults are also welcome and invited to attend!

Scheduled Courses:

• The North Sioux City HuntSAFE class is scheduled for April 22 & 24 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. and April 26 from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. The class will be held at the Community Center/Fire Hall in North Sioux City. Pre-registration is not required. However, students must attend all three days of class to successfully complete the course.
