2009 Sioux Falls HuntSAFE Class Schedule

HuntSAFE courses are designed for persons age 12 through 15. Persons who are 11 may participate, but will not be issued a Hunter Safety certification card until their 12th birthday, unless the card is clearly marked that the card is not valid until the person’s 12th birthday. If a student’s 12th birthday falls between September 1 and December 31, he/she may be issued a card and is eligible to obtain a license and hunt beginning September 1 of that year. Adults are also welcome and invited to attend!
Scheduled Courses:
- The 2009 Sioux Falls HuntSAFE course schedule is now available.
Tuesday and Thursday classes will be held from 6:15 until 9:30pm at The Outdoor Campus, and Saturday's session will be 8am until 2pm at Clay Bird Shotgun Sports, formerly Valley West Shooting Complex. Students must attend the entire session on all three days. A parent or legal guardian must register in person at The Outdoor Campus. Call 362-2700 if questions.
