 Group Lodge Details:
  • The house was built in 1915 with native wood that remains in excellent condition today.
  • Previously housed the caretaker of the Canton-Inwood hospital
  • Moved to Newton Hills to preserve its historic structure
  • ADA accessible on both levels
  • Air conditioned and heated
  • Living room and parlor (upper level): 2 sofas, 2 chairs, TV with DVD/VCR
  • Large kitchen (upper level) including the following: large table seating 6-10 (extensions), extra table seating 6 adjoining room, dishwasher with detergent, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker with filters, toaster, blender, 36 drinking glasses, 24 coffee cups, wine glasses, pitcher, 24 dinner plates, 12 saucer plates, 12 cereal bowls, serving plates and bowls, spatulas, ladle, pasta spoon, dinner spoons, forks, butter knife, steak knifes, kitchen shears, tongs, wisk, cheese grater, pizza cutter, casserole dishes, various sizes of pots and pans, cutting board, wash cloths, towels, soap, garbage bags, paper towels, upright and handheld vacuums
  • 14' x 28' deck on upper level: large outdoor grill, deck furniture seating 6, 6 additional plastic deck chairs
  • 4 bedrooms (NO BEDDING PROVIDED):
  • 2 on upper level each with queen bed
  • 2 on lower level: one with queen and bunk beds, other with double and bunk beds
  • Community/Rec. room (lower level): sofa, love seat, reclining chair, game table with 4 chairs, foosball table, electric fireplace, TV with DVD, 8 additional steel folding chairs in closet under stairs, Iron and ironing board
  • Walk out basement with 14’ x 40’ concrete patio: picnic tables, fire ring, 4 patio chairs
  • 2 full bathrooms with showers, one on each level (NO BATH TOWELS PROVIDED)
