All four
were charged with:

Killing turkeys during a closed season,

Wanton waste,
- One
poacher was charged with shooting at big game from a public road and
motor vehicle.
Total
fines for the four were $2421, were sentenced to 40 days in jail, which
was suspended upon conditions of the court and all lost their hunting
privileges for one year. They all must re-take and complete the Hunt
Safe course.
