329 TROUT OVER THE LIMIT

There are 369 trout in this picture, and all were taken from one house. Officers served a search warrant, and when giving his family a possession limit of 10 each, the poacher was 319 trout over his limit. The poacher was fined $1000, given 20 days in jail, loss of fishing privileges for 3 years; the civil amount was $31,900. This guy never believed in catch and release.

When caught with the fish, he was upset with his wife since he told her a few months before to clean out the freezer and throw out all the old freezer-burnt fish, but she forgot to do that.
